Simulation of provincial general election results (September 25, 2018, 10:00 a.m.)

Files will be empty until start of simulation. Consult archives for examples of files that are available during an election period.

2018 Provincial general election (October 1, 2018)

  • Number of electors registered (CSV, encoding: ISO 8859‑1)
    This file is updated three times during the election period: at the start of the election period, at the end of the revision and at the end of the special revision.
  • List of candidates (JSON, encoding: UTF‑8)
    This file is updated every 15 minutes during the nomination period.
  • Rate of participation in advanced poll (CSV, encoding: ISO 8859‑1)
    This file is updated the day after each day on which the advanced vote is held.

The following results files are the same as the ones used during the simulation. They will be emptied the day after the simulation, then updated as results come in, on October 1, 2018, after the polls close at 8:00 p.m. and when the ballot count has started. They will be refreshed every two to five minutes throughout the evening.

The election map is also available in Shapefile and MapInfo formats.

Provincial electoral division geometry (2018 - preliminary version)

Minor adjustments may be made to the polling subdivision boundaries prior to the election call. The final version will be available in the days following election day (October 1, 2018).
